When you obtain Arrow Comet Spin Blitz from the Google Play Store and use it, these Terms of Service create a binding legal agreement between you and us. Installing, opening, or otherwise interacting with the App means you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision below. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and cease all use at once.
We grant you a personal license that may be revoked and is neither exclusive nor transferable. Under it, you may use Arrow Comet Spin Blitz for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on mobile devices that you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, create derivative works from, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the game—including its source code, graphics, audio, and proprietary systems—unless applicable law permits it or we give prior written consent.
You must not take actions that interrupt, damage, or undermine the normal functioning of the game. Examples include exploiting bugs, using unauthorized cheat tools or modifications, altering local game data, running automated scripts or macros, and attempting to bypass the App’s technical protection measures. Arrow Comet Spin Blitz does not include chat, social messaging, or player-to-player communication features.
All rights, title, and interest in Arrow Comet Spin Blitz—including code, visuals, sound effects, level designs, animations, trademarks, and other proprietary assets—belong solely to our development team and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest to you. Unauthorized use or exploitation of the game’s intellectual property is forbidden.
Any “cash win” label or similar reward marker shown in the game is purely decorative and serves only to indicate progress or achievement inside the game. Arrow Comet Spin Blitz does not offer or take part in real-money wagering, gambling, cash payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or any form of monetary redemption. Virtual items and rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged outside the game for money, goods, or services.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We give no warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not claim that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device model, operating-system version, or external component. Performance may vary due to device hardware, system updates, network conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, data loss, lost game progress, decreased device performance, or other harm arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Game progress and save data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain remote backups and are not responsible for progress lost through app deletion, device factory resets, or similar events.
We may, in our sole discretion, issue updates, patches, or modifications to the game, including adding, removing, or changing features, content, or functionality, with or without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. A revised version will be posted at qwastin.com/terms.html with a new effective date. If you continue using the App after that posting, your continued use will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our development entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
